How should i tell my shrink that i might be a sex addict?

Trust: Many of us seriously doubt there's any such thing as "sex addiction" comparable to addiction to tobacco or heroin. What you say to your mental health expert is utterly privileged, he/she has heard it all before, and there's no shame in mental illness, only shame in refusing to work on becoming a better person.
