Probably not...: ...At least not without appropriate treatment. As with the treatment of any addictive behavior, the behavior is not just going to change on its own without treatment from a trained professional, often augmented by the addict's commitment to an appropriate 12-step program (e.g. Sa or slaa). The likelihood of his becoming faithful depends on a variety of factors involving motivation and personality.
