Constipation: If stool is overly dry - the texture may become hard & rough. If there is significant fiber intake without adequate hydration - that can also be an issue. Drink at least 8 - 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Eat high fiber foods and drink water. Exercise regularly. Try to get in 4 servings of fruit and 5 servings of vegetables per day.
