Look at the box: Most disposable contact lenses have an expiration date printed on the end of the box. They are like drugs and should be used by this time. Be sure to replace your soft lenses regularly to prevent problems.

Contact lenses: Yes. The foil packet your contact lens came in is stamped with the expiration date for the lens. Now when you where them, you should keep track of the the start date and replace them according to the replacement schedule your contact specialist instructed you to do. Usually this is anywhere from daily to 3 months with most soft contact lenses.
