Fibroids: It sounds like you have one or several large fibroids. They can press on internal organs and cause damage, especially to the kidneys if the collecting tubes (ureters) are being compressed. They can also cause heavy bleeding and anemia. The fibroids look like they are moving often due to compression of the aorta when large in size. You can have the fibroids removed and still spare the uterus.
