Cannot tell: It is not possible to tell when a woman conceives, if she conceives the natural old-fashioned way. Conception can be the day she had sex or anytime up to a few days later. If she has short cycles, she can conceive earlier than usual in her pregnancy. If she has long cycles, she can conceive days later in her pregnancy. Some women try to figure out exactly when they conceived but life is not exact.
