Too early to tell: You must wait until you are about 5 days late for menstrual period and do home or office pregnancy test to determine your status. If you do an earlier test and it is negative you should repeat it at the time frame described above.

Do a HPT: Home pregnancy tests s are quite accurate, fast and easy to do, but they have their limit i.e. Maybe too early for the test to pick-up . Usually it turns positive after missing your period, if pregnant etc.. If negative, wait 5-7 days and repeat the test. If still negative then, likely it is negative. If positive, congrats and call your doc for care. Good luck.
