I had a 5cm cyst rupture a few days ago, i also have a bad uti, i am still in pain and feel very fatigued and sick, could interal bleeding be happening?

Unlikely: Ruptured ovarian cysts cause a small amount if bleeding but this usually stops quite quickly . Your UTI should be treated with antibiotics and make sure you drink lots of water. If you are not feeling better you should see your primary doctor or go to an urgent care center or the er depending on your available care.
