Usually better: Most cases of "pink eye' resolve spontaneously. If it worsens of course, you need to be seen to establish the cause to prevent potential eye damage.

Nothing: Takes longer to recover. Sometimes can have subepithelial corneal infiltrates. Steroids may help to heal faster. Most often resolve on their own with time.
