Depends: If baby is less than 2mths of age get to the doctor for evaluation. If older and the symptoms are mild then support with fluids, rest and tylenol (acetaminophen) if no improvement within 24-48 hours see the doctor. Be careful she is not losing a lot of fluids; if in doubt call or see your doctor.
