Chest pain and cough: Could indicate an infection in the chest. Some get pluerisy with pneumonia. Some chest discomfort may be present with just the common cold. If you have productive cough with fever and shortness of breath and the pain is worse with a deep breath, you may want to check with your doctor to be sure of the diagnosis and get the right treatment.
