Can flavored vodka cause a heart attack?

Yes: Any vodka can cause a heart attack if consumed in excess. I am not aware of the flavors in particular being a risk factor unless one is sensitive/allergic to one.

No: Alcohol does not cause heart attacks but smoking with alcohol does by the way, flavored vodka can make you quite sick for the whole next day. That is probably why the live expectancy in russia is very low with men's average at 59 years.
