Keep heart healthy.: If you don't have it already, you have to eat a healthy low-cholesterol diet to keep your heart healthy. Don't smoke, and exercise regularly. If you already have CHF, You have to limit your salt intake to ~2000mg daily to prevent attacks of CHF.
