Depends on the STD: The most common symptom for stds is no symptom at all. Some people may notice symptoms such as genital itching, odor, discharge or sores within 3 days of exposure. Others, will never have any of these symptoms. So, if you think you may have been exposed, its best to go ahead and get tested. You may even consider getting treated for common infections just to be on the safe side.
