A member asked:

How many meters or inches should you be away from the computer monitor to avoid eye strain?

24-30": Most monitors today are widescreen aspect ratio and are between 19-22". Having the screen 24-30" is a good compromise between full screen viewing and text size. Good glasses set for this distance should allow effortless viewing. Of course, the larger the monitor the further it should be placed.
