Depends: At full term most babies don't have a lot of room to move. However, if your baby is not moving the way you think it should, do not second guess yourself. Go in for monitoring and ask your md to explain how to do kick counts.

Fetal movement: Fetal movement is often more subtle later in the pregnancy. The general rule is to lay on your left side after eating or drinking and you should feel 10 kicks in 2 hours. I tell everyone of my patients to never hesitate to call or come in with concerns over fetal movement.
