Further eval: F/u with your md and see if there is other explanation. There are many things that can cause lymph gland enlargement- like infection, autoimmune disease, malignancy etc. Since i dont know what blood tests you have i can't make any comment about that. Also, depending on the size of lymph glands and your history etc- you md should decide whether you need a ct scan or biopsy of ln or other test.
