No: Eye muscles are constantly working, keeping both eyes looking together at the same time and allowing you to see all around you. Like the heart, eye muscles keep moving the eyes while you sleep, so they never need more exercise. Children with muscle imbalance may benefit from some exercises, but surgery is usually the best treatment. Eye rolling has not been shown to improve vision or muscles.
