Many thngs: Can be gall bladder, liver or pancreatic problems. With out further imaging or work up its hard to say what is the cause.

Alcohol and viral: Hepatitis. There are many causes of elevated liver enzymes, the common ones being alcohol, viral hepaitis and obesity. See this site for more info. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/elevated-liver-enzymes/my00508.
