How do a girl become pregnant if no periods ever?

Its not the periods: It's not the periods, it's the sexual activity that places you at risk for pregnancy.

Simple: Pregnancy requires only release of a fertile egg, a healthy sperm and a uterus that is ready for implantation. An egg can release before the first menses, be fertilized and implant in what would have been the 1st menses. This describes the 13yo girl that was my first delivery in medical school. If you have the equipment, it may work. Unprotected sex at any age can cause trouble.
