Sure.: There is teleological reasoning behind pregnancy's nausea; that way toxic and potential teratogenic exposures are minimized during the most sensitive period of embryonic development. Unfortunately, that makes the expecting mom miserable for the first trimester, but things improve thereafter. Try ginger/cinnamon snacks, small/frequent meals and patience. Take 1-5 mg Folic Acid daily!
