For the past couple months, i get bad sudden nausea randomly throughout the day. i do not vomit though. also, there is no way i'm pregnant. help?

Food allergies? : You could have food allergies, be lactose or gluten intolerant, have constipation or be pregnant (do a test). If your bm is not regular see your famdoc. You could also be hypoglycemic. Eat regular meals and snacks trough the day (healthy), excercise 3/week.
