Yes: However, this could be a miscarriage. You should let your ob-gyn know. My wife had a period her first month of pregnancy with my daughter who is healthy. We went for ultrasound 1 month later. I thought the fetus was magnified on ultrasound, but the tech told me that was a life-size 9 week fetus.
