Treat it: See your doctor about getting treatment for the recurrence. You will want to discuss possible reasons for the infection and how to prevent further infection.

Close followup. : If your UTI symptoms completely resolved on treatment and have returned, it is possible that you are now reinfected or were incompletely treated. Go back and get another urinalysis & culture. This should show the cause & the appropriate antibiotic. Further workup should reveal a cause for recurrent utis. If negative for infection, there could be other causes for your pelvic discomfort.
