Hydration: One way to help reduce urinary infections, is to keep the bladder 'flushing'. You can do that by DRINKING water or other fluids. The body was designed to 'flush' out bacteria, so good to take advantage of that. Cranberry juice may help, since it contains mannose which is a sugar that binds to E. coli- the commonest cause of UTIs. If your infections are very frequent see a doctor for more help.
