Symptoms vary: Each week your baby is growing rapidly. Starting with one cell to a completely formed fetus by 12 weeks with fingers, toes etc. Each week you may feel the same with mild symptoms or you may have severe symptoms with vomiting and weight loss. Each baby is different and each pregnancy is different. Many women feel really good during the first trimester. Breasts might feel tender and enlarged.
