OPK: I recommend buying ovulation predictor kits and use them as directed to check for ovulation. This checks for lh surge. When it turns positive, you will ovulate in about 24 hours. Good luck!

Several Ways: We have several ways to document ovulation. You can follow temperature charts (bbt); check cervical mucus; ovulation kits (opk); blood tests (lh and progesterone) or even ultrasound. Some of these are more practical and cost effective but we use them all at times. See your specialist for clues about which is best for you. Here are some links: http://bit.Ly/mvk3em. Best wishes.

Use an OPK kit: If you have regular periods you should be ovulating - you can use an ovulation predictor kit (opk) - test between 10 am and noon, starting on day 10 of your cycle. The first morning urine is not as accurate. Try the ovuquick brand if a drugstore test doesn't work for you. The day of a positive test and the next 2 days are your most fertile days. If you have irregular cycles see a rei specialist.
