Needs testing: I have seen a few things cause this. Yeast infections can do this and are easily treatable. Herpes can cause a small itchy spot that is also usually painful. Then for people that have this over months and months I have seen lichen sclerosis and lichen simplex chronicus cause these symptoms. You will need an exam to determine which is right.
