See your doctor : It is important to notify your doctor if you have headaches in the third trimester of pregnancy as they can be a sign of a disease called preeclampsia. Most headaches are just headaches and tylenol (acetaminophen) will help. In some cases if your blood pressure is high then a headache is a big deal. Cramping and feeling tired are very common complaints in the third trimester of pregnancy.
