See your doctor.: There's many things can cause the problem you have. There's also many skin types, so the treatment will be differed based on your skin type and condition. I recommend you see your doctor. If possible you can ask your doctor refer you to see a dermatologist.

DIfferent problems: Different solutions. I would recommend evaluation by a local aesthetician or facial plastic surgeon. A good facial care regimen will help with the skin appearance and there are products which may help with dark circles. I recommend solely skinmedica products in my office: tns serum, tri-retinol complex and illuminating eye serum sound good w/o seeing your picture.
