Call your doctor: You may need more time for your body to adjust to the pills but other things like infection, pregnancy, fibroids etc can also cause prolonged bleeding on birth control pills. Another possibility is that you may benefit from a different birth control pill, one with a different estrogen or Progesterone mix. There are many formulas, all good for protection against pregnancy.
