Bleeding on the pill: It is not uncommon to have bleeding bewteen periods occasionally, even when on the pill. If this continues you should see your health provider to talk about a different pill or form of birth control. If you took any antibiotics recently that may also cause some irregular bleeding.

Wait: If you have not missed any pills, you might just wait and see if it happens again. Many people dont bleed at all on loestrin fe 24. If you are over 35 and having a change in menstrual habits, see your gyn.
