"Sleep wrong": Assuming you have only back pain, done nothing physically unusual in the preceding few days, and are not menstruating/ovulating, then most likely your sleep position strained your back or compressed the facet joints in the back of your spine. Either way, such pain should be short-lived. If it isn't, something else is wrong.
