Aug 9 days past ovulation had pink spot than per on expected date sept 1st.missed my per next w/ pos test so will my due date go off aug or sept per?

Due date: The length of a human pregnancy is 40 weeks, and this is calculated from the last menstrual period. So if we assume that you conceived in aug then 9 mos or 40 weeks after your period in aug is your due date.
