Common cold: Coryza is a term for a runny nose and is usually due to viral infection with the various strains of common cold virus. Take tylenol (acetaminophen) if you have fever, drink plenty of fluids and get some rest till it passes. You should avoid exposure to people with common cold and wash your hands frequently.
