Nocturnal tingles: More often than not it is innocuous unless it is chronic and if it substantially disrupts sleep. Pressure on nerves like on the ulnar crease or funny bone can cause tingling along the length of the arm from the elbow down. Carpal tunnel syndrome more often affects the palms. Nerve compression in the neck area can prompt shoulder, neck and arm tingling. May be "sleeping wrong" on arm or kinked neck.
