Maybe: Most 3d systems are reliant upon a functioning underlying stereovision system in the brain. With amblyopia, this system is often less than perfect and you may not realize the full benefit from the 3d illusion. Also, some patients have experienced ocular discomfort with current 3d systems.

Depends: You can get stereopsis testing to see how much is affected by a weaker eye.
