Nope: These tests usually detect whether a minimal number of sperm or motile sperm are present. Even 1 day of abstinence (had he ejaculated day prior) should not usually give this result. Suggest evaluation by a urologist. For more info see: http://www.Theturekclinic.Com/oligospermia.Html.
