Patch the good eye: Patching therapy under the expert guidance of a pediatric ophthalmologist is your best bet. You need to force the brain to use the bad eye by patching the good eye. It has to be monitored closely to prevent amblyopia developing in the good eye and to ensure the therapy is sufficient.
