Varies a lot!: Showing varies by parity (how many babies you've already delivered), mom's health, nutrition of mom and baby, body habitus, genetics, athleticism, on and on. Generally at 12-18 weeks gestation. But this is by no means a hard and fast rule. You should have seen your OB before the 6th week to get a history, project an edc, assess high risk factors, start vitamins, an get testing out of the way.
