Most likely....: ....You have hemorrhoids. These are swollen rectal blood vessels. This is a common problem as people age, if they're obese, have high blood pressure, or frequently strain with bowel movements. That said, you can be young and skinny and have normal BP and still get hemorrhoids. You still need to see a doctor, because there are other things that can do this, and some of them are dangerous. Be sure.
