Possible varicocele : Could be normal or could represent a varicocele which is an enlarged vein on the spermatic cord. This condition is benign but can affect fertility. Check with your doctor.

Leave it alone: Scrotal veins may not be so obvious, but they are always there some more prominent than others. The warmth of the shower cause the veins to vasodilate, a normal response of our body to get rid of heat. The prominence of veins throughout your body during that time is evident by the red color of your skin when coming out of the shower.
