Zoloft: Weight loss on Zoloft is more prevalent in adolescents and children. When adults loss weight on Zoloft it is usually a minimal amount. Weight gain occurs in about 1 % of people who take Zoloft gain weight. Thus, it is a fairly weight neural medication.
