My sister is dying of cancer and she is refusing to eat now because she is thinking she is feeding the metetized cancer is it true? how will she die?

Gradual: Metastatic, progressive cancer tends to lead to a gradual decline in health leading to death. Most cancer cells do rely primarily on sugar for energy (the warburg hypothesis) but the healthy cells also need food! my mother also gradually stopped eating, and chose not to receive forced feedings via a tube or ivs. For me, i also would prefer not to get forced feedings if dying from cancer.
