Unlikely: In the modern era, most aids victims use medication to lower their blood viral count to zero- such blood is not infective. If they have a positive viral count, then the blood may be infectious but requires a breakdown in your body to enter. This would be a cut, an injury or some breakdown of the part used in sexual performance. In reality, cases of aids from blood splashes are extremely rare.
