Frequency & burning: On urination are the most common symptoms. There can also be pelvic or lower abdominal pain, foull smelling urine, blood in urine occasionally, back-pain if UTI has gone up to the kidneys. Pain on defecation if constipated or prostate gland is also inflammed.
