Abnormalities: I can supply general info. However, "lesions" is a non-specific term. I wonder if you (and the report) refer to lesions of the spinal cord or the vertebral column (bones). Spinal cord lesions are often more significant & there cause is varied: ischemia, tumor, hemorrhage, edema, demyelinating diseases (like ms), bone lesions can be benign like hemangioma or malignant like metastases & myeloma.

Review with your doc: Without knowing more details about the lesions in the spine and your medical condition, they can be anything from common vascular lesions such as hemangiomas and benign bone islands to malignant lesions. You should review your diagnostic exam result with your physician who will be in the best position to explain these spine lesions.
