Abnormalities: I can supply general info. However, "lesions" is a non-specific term. I wonder if you (and the report) refer to lesions of the spinal cord or the vertebral column (bones). Spinal cord lesions are often more significant & there cause is varied: ischemia, tumor, hemorrhage, edema, demyelinating diseases (like ms), bone lesions can be benign like hemangioma or malignant like metastases & myeloma.
