2011 stats!: Women over 30 in the us: 29.2- overweight. 30 is defined as obese. There has been a consistent upward trend over the last 30 years, which bodes poorly for our nation's health. This is also true for men, whose average was 28.1 in 2011, based on government stats! diet and exercise need improvement!
