Small one yes: Alcohol will kill germs but injure tissues. Clen the wound first with soap and water, then if you must clean gently with alcohol and dry with a clean sterile cloth. There are liquid bandages you can apply to the dry wounds that wil let healing take place underneath. Mnake sure your tetanus shot is within the last 10 years.
