Easy: Don't use marijuana. Especially if you are expecting a drug test soon. That is the only way to pass the drug test. It would be irresponsible for any doctor to give you info (if such info existed) on how to trick the test. Besides, some attempts to try to fool the test get picked up as tampering. This then leads to a more detailed confirmatory test that looks for specific chemical signatures.
